It’s been rightly said & I strongly believe that – “YOU CAN’T TEACH EMPLOYEES TO SMILE. THEY HAVE TO SMILE BEFORE YOU HIRE THEM”…. My dream and mission in life is to be the reason for millions of such smiles! One can have the best strategy, technology & infrastructure in the world, but without having the hearts and minds of the people who work with you, none of it comes to life! At the end of the day we can bet on people not on strategies.

I always wanted to diverge from the ordinary. I enjoyed creating something new and taking ownership for it. My ability to own a project and be proactive is my biggest strength. This is one of the main reasons why I enjoy working with Startups. The flexibility to build something rather than being a spoke in a wheel is what I have always believed in. Kindled with the desire to add my distinctiveness in my process to learn and evolve, I was stirred by the desire to transform people’s lives to extraordinary. I realized that Human Resource was the field that gave me the opportunity to do so. I picked this noble industry to venture a unique business model where humans are the core focal point of my products and services.

Venturing into new vistas was through exploration of excellence and providing cutting edge recruitment solutions.

Industry is in indefinite race for hiring, developing & retaining talent, Candidates are looping in vicious circle pursuing their dream jobs, and Executive Firms like us aim in bridging this gap by finding the magic formula to make dreams come true and satisfy companies and candidates. Somewhere its my sense of responsibility towards the society which gives me a feeling to pay back and assist some people and some employers not to miss opportunities that are scattered around.

I have succeeded to recruit a competent team as passionate as myself to work together towards softening the hard edge of the gap created in our community, so as to assist people and organization achieve their mission. As a recruitment consultant, my foray has piloted me towards innovative direction which has resulted into a fitting direction to carry out my goal.

I joined ICICI soon after completing my management course in HR. The valuable experience I acquired from there kindled my desire to branch out on my own. Within a year of concluding my management studies, I started my own venture HRCT (Human Resources Consultancy and Training).Recruitment was my chosen field not just to make a career, but to make a difference. I believed that assisting deserving candidates getting befitting jobs and making them soar in their careers, would result in a rewarding life for them.

My focus on reputed Pharma companies proved challenging. With experienced HR consultants already associated with them, I had to work harder to get a small piece of the pie. All this hugely benefited me and the experience I gained from this has paid rich dividends.

But my passion coupled with persistence and hard work paid off. With my expertise in business development, I had a vision to take HRCT to a global platform, with a reputation of being reliable and delivering innovative, timely and best client centric solutions. We had envisioned to enhance and advance the recruitment process of Talent acquisition, Client management, Executive search, Recruitment, Head hunting, Market research and Industry mapping, Contract Staffing, RPO & Attrition Analysis. Within a short span, we have managed to build a name for ourselves in the market and could boast and cater to an impressive list of MNCs and Indian loyal clientele in the Pharma sector.

My mission was not just to become another premier Recruiting company. I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. Towards that we have a zealous team who travel to remote areas to tap talent and offer them a deserving jobs. We are also passionate about women empowerment and ensure that the women force get jobs according to their capabilities. Even in my personal capacity, through my venture, I prefer empowering women staff.
